Registration fees and deadlines using raceentry.com ($5 extra if by snail mail):

Before May 1 $50/$55
May 1 – June 30 $60/$65
July 1 – July 31 $70/75
Aug 1 – Aug 30 $80/85
Sep 1 – Ride Day $100
Children under 16 $25 – must be accompanied by adult

Register early and save. If in the last minute you cannot come the fee will become a charitable contribution.

Online registration closes Sep. 8 at 11:59 PM EST. No refunds after July 31.

Note: Registration at the event can be done via cash, check or credit cards.
RIDER PERKS

Every registered rider before Sept. 1 will receive a ride goody bag containing:
(After Sept. 1 we cannot guarantee all riders will receive all of the following, but will make every effort to accommodate)

  • Custom HCT labeled Wine or Sparkling Grape Juice
  • Custom HCT sticker
  • Cool rider swag giveaway (varies every year)
  • Complimentary post-ride dinner
  • SAG refreshments and end of ride refreshments
  • Expo including cool HCT store merchandise
