In 2021, we offered a *NEW* custom Highlander Cycling Jersey in the style of the old Brooklyn jersey and to “remember” the events of 20 years ago on the date of the ride, 9/11 ($75). We will also have some limited stock remaining inventory of the 20th Anniversary Highlander Kit for sale ($50 Jersey, $50 shorts, and $15 matching socks). On site only. This kit, designed by Apogee sports, is Euro-style and top quality fabric, light weight, and optimal fit. Our jerseys always tell a story, from the King of the Mountains Grape vine polka dot theme on our original, to the retro World Championship/Molteni jersey in HCT colors, we have embraced the brilliant history of the ride. This kit combines the color of the Maillot Jaune, the flags of USA, our good friends from Canada, and the French flag in honor of the greatest Tour on the planet. The 2 stripes indicate our 2 decades of challenge and tradition. Of course the hills and lakes are part of our heritage as is the classic tag line “Climb and Wine.” For sure, one sharp kit!
